Costco Dashboard Style — Warehouse, Receipt, No-Frills

A no-frills Costco-style dashboard that shows its numbers the way price signs, register receipts and the coupon book do. The sample is a fictional weekly warehouse report from Vizney Wholesale.

Costco dashboard style (Warehouse, Receipt, No-Frills) sample: the Vizney Wholesale weekly warehouse report

A Costco-style dashboard with no frills: numbers set big as on a warehouse price sign and line by line as on a register receipt. It takes the measured CSS tokens of costco.com and the way Costco shows its numbers in the real world (the warehouse price sign, the register receipt, the Warehouse Savings coupon book, the monthly sales release) as one card and one chart grammar.

The sample below is a fictional weekly warehouse report from Vizney Wholesale. The region filter at the top changes every card.

Design

  • Color: inside costco.com's blue bands #005dab and charcoal section bands #333333, the data has one blue subject, #1a70c2; the rest is gray, and only what fell short of plan turns orange, #bc4700.
  • One card: price-sign KPIs, a receipt ledger with barcode bars, a warehouse board against plan, pallet racks and the coupon book all follow figure label → a title that states the finding → subtitle → chart → note.
  • Type and numbers: Barlow, with Overpass Mono on the receipt; money on a sign raises $ and the cents, and the receipt rounds to thousands that still add up.
